HOW TO SPA

【Before Your Visit】

To ensure everything runs smoothly, please read the medical contraindications here, and if you have any questions, please be free to contact us at anytime. You may not be able to receive massage or the massage may be limited to certain areas of your body. Contraindications are there for your health and safety.

受付

Reception

NATURA the day spa is a private spa salon. All of our recipients will be asked to have a reservation before the visit. If it is your first time, be sure to tell the therapist about it, and you will get your massage for 50%off.
カウンセリング

Counseling

You will be asked to sign our consent form and a quick survey. We need to know your record of any medical history, past/present injuries and other physical conditions. When you are done, the therapist will review the wellness sheet with you.
We might inquire about the reason(s) you are coming in, your current physical condition and any specific areas in which you are feeling discomfort or would like to address during your massage.
We serve you a welcome drink at this point as well.

Change of clothes

When you feel ready, we ask you to change the clothes to what we prepare for you. Therapist will leave the room and wait outside until you disrobe to your level of comfort.
フットバス

Foot Bath

When you are ready, we provide you a foot bath with warm water for your relaxation before starting the massage. We might ask you if it is ok to add sea salt into the warm water to help the blood circulation.
スパマッサージ

Massage

Once disrobed, you will lie on the comfortable massage bed, and you will cover yourself with a top sheet. The therapist will give you a few minutes and will knock on the door to ask if you are ready before entering the room.
While massaging, you will always be draped with the top sheet. The therapist is to only uncover the part of the body that she is working on, ensuring that your modesty is respected and feel safe at all times.

When massage is complete

When your massage treatment is complete, the therapist will give you a hot towel, so that you may wipe your body if you wish; although the jojoba oil is not sticky, you may rather feel that your skin is moisturized. Then, the therapist will leave the room and wait outside until you are re-dressed and ready. The therapist will knock on the door before entering the room to serve you an after drink.
